The Iran Cultural and Educational Center is dedicated to promoting the Iranian culture and heritage.  The ICEC seeks to bring this culture and heritage to places where it can be shared with all individuals interested in the Iranian culture and in which the quality of life of the community can be enhanced.

In pursuit of its mission, the Center has been involved in many cultural events in the past few years including attending cultural festivals fro children at Bethesda and Silver Spring.

Iran Cultural and Educational Center has been awarded various grants from Maryland and Montgomery Art Council for pursuit of its mission and enhancing of mutual understanding in the community
